Disclosure w.r.t. investments in securities of entities in accordance with SEBI circular August 25, 2022
As per the Clause 17.17 of SEBI Master circular on mutual funds dated June 27, 2024 (erstwhile SEBI circular dated August 25, 2022), Asset Management Companies shall ensure scheme wise disclosure of investments, as on the last day of each quarter, in securities of such entities that are excluded from the definition of associate.
As of now, the said clause is not applicable to DSP Asset Managers Private Limited and hence the disclosure w.r.t. above is ‘Nil’.
