Summary

Ever felt stuck while investing, and didn’t know where to share what went wrong? We’ve fixed that. This blog shows you how DSP’s new in-app and website feedback tools make it easy to speak up right when it matters so your voice can shape a smoother investing experience for everyone.

At DSP, we believe your voice matters. Whether you're investing for the first time or a seasoned investor, your experience with our app and website should be seamless and supportive. That’s why we’ve introduced multiple ways for you to share your feedback, beyond the traditional channels like phone and email.

These in-product feedback options help us understand your challenges better, improve our services faster, and ensure you’re heard at the right time, right place.

On the DSP App

We’ve embedded simple feedback mechanisms at key points to make it easy for you to share your thoughts:

1. “Help Us Improve” option
Located in the More menu, this lets you share suggestions, report issues, or highlight what you like.

2. Post-Investment feedback forms

After completing any lumpsum or SIP registration, you’ll see a quick form to rate your experience and share suggestions.

3. Reach Us option from key transactions

For selected journeys, we also provide a Reach Us option where you can view support options or raise a ticket directly.

On the DSP Website

The website also offers feedback options right where they matter most:

1. Report an issue

For journeys like folio creation, lumpsum purchase, or SIP registration, you’ll find a “Report an Issue” option that allows you to:

  • Mention the exact step where something went wrong
  • Upload a screenshot for clarity

2. Post-Investment feedback forms

Just like in the app, after successful investments like lumpsum, SIP registration, or redemption, you’ll be prompted to share your experience.

3. Global “Reach Us” option

You’ll find this at the top or bottom of most pages. It includes our toll-free number and a quick way to raise a ticket if you’re stuck.

Why this matters

Investors often don’t report issues or feedback because the channel isn’t available right when the issue happens. These built-in options solve that problem. Whether it’s a suggestion, a problem, or a quick compliment it’s now easier than ever to let us know.

We’re listening, always

We review all feedback submitted and take it seriously. Many of our product improvements and fixes have been driven by direct investor inputs like yours.

So the next time you use the DSP app or website, don’t hesitate to share your thoughts because your experience shapes our service.

Industry insights you wouldn't want to miss out on.
